H-VAX Flexible Duct with Compressed Polyester Insulation is a high-performance pre-insulated flexible duct designed to provide excellent thermal and acoustic insulation for H-VAX and ventilation systems.
The duct features a multi-layer construction consisting of an outer laminated aluminum layer, a compressed polyester insulation core, and an inner laminated aluminum layer reinforced with a high-strength steel spring wire helix. This integrated design ensures efficient thermal performance, reduced noise transmission, and excellent flexibility for easy installation.
Its high resistance to moisture penetration makes it particularly suitable for humid environments. Unlike conventional fiberglass insulation, compressed polyester insulation is odorless, non-toxic, and fiber-free, providing a cleaner and safer solution for modern H-VAX applications.
