H-VAX Flexible Duct with Non-Compressed Polyester Insulation is a lightweight pre-insulated flexible duct system designed to provide effective thermal and acoustic insulation for H-VAX and ventilation applications.
The duct features a multi-layer structure consisting of an outer laminated aluminum layer, a non-compressed polyester fiber insulation layer, and an inner laminated aluminum layer reinforced with a high-strength steel spring wire helix. This construction provides excellent flexibility, moisture resistance, and reliable insulation performance while maintaining easy installation.
The non-compressed polyester insulation offers high resistance to moisture penetration and is an ideal solution for humid environments. It is odorless, non-toxic, and fiber-free, making it a safer alternative to traditional insulation materials.
